Our company is undergoing some exciting changes as we mark 25 years of Newquip this year.
Having enjoyed a golf day and staff barbecue at Rockcliffe Hall last month, we were delighted to celebrate this important milestone with customers, suppliers, and our fantastic team. As the business continues to grow, we have recently taken on a number of new starters in our warehouse, accounts and spare parts teams. Keeping a close eye on the future, we have been working hard to streamline office-to-warehouse processes, in a bid to increase workflow efficiency, ensure the smooth running of all our operations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Work is well underway on our new office space, which has been designed to maximise a sense of collaboration between the various departments. The spacious, open-plan layout and bespoke glass panels aim to transform our head office into a modern setting for our staff, with hot desks available for visiting business consultants and area sales managers. If all goes to plan, the final touches are expected to be completed by the end of June. Our head office team is super-excited to move into these new surroundings, and we cannot wait to show visitors around!
Furthermore, we are in the development stages of several new solutions for egg production geared towards promoting productivity, improving laying performance, and supporting bird health. Technology innovations allow us to monitor and control the environment of the farm unit, cutting down on manual processes to allow farm managers to focus on the job in hand. As we enter into our next 25 years, we are excited to continue to provide quality products to our customers, striking the right balance between high productivity and animal welfare.
